Trouble using Silica Mail Checker widget

I feel stupid for asking this, but I have no idea on where to enter what. I have no experience with Outlook or anything like that, so I have no clue with this. I've tried every which way to put things. I'm sorry I do not have a pic to show, but it has these input fields. Account, User, Password, Server. Now obviously I know what goes in the password field. Another stupid question, are Hotmail and Yahoo Mail pop3 accounts? Maybe that's why it's not working for me? Who knows
